I actually came back around the block to get a shot of this sign. And this is a "sign o' the times" if there ever was one.
Somebody had to sell her Hugh. Poor Hugh. Unwanted. For sale.
I hope he brought in a lot!

ReplyDeleteIn Bombay, there is a road called Hughes Road (till it was given a more patriotic name by the local govt) - if you said Hewes Road, no-one knew where you wanted to go. You had to say Huges Road. It was written like that in Hindi, too (which is phonetic). Yeah, we used to laugh about that...
